7 Tips For Fat Burning!

Burn Fat Easily!
Do you think doing cardio all day long will help you reach your goals of losing fat / getting lean? You're absolutely mistaken! Burning fat is really simple. It is not a complex process. It is 30% workout and 70% diet. Most gym-goers and beginners have got the equation completely wrong. Now let us see 10 simple tips to burn fat,

1. Spread your meals over intervals

Instead of eating a large meal, split into a couple meals. Having 6 small meals spread out through the day will keep your metabolism on the boil rather than having a huge meal in the morning and two small meals later on. This way, your hunger will be satiated and your body will not store fat for emergency situations.

2. Do Weightlifting at least 3 times a week

Nothing burns fat better than a killer weightlifting session. 1 hour of weight training is way better than an hour of cardio. Post weightlifting, the body will be working continuously to repair the muscle fibers. You will be burning fat even when you're idle!

3. Reduce Sugars

Avoid all processed food and junk food. They contain way too much sugar. Sugar is ultimately converted into fat. Instead of processed food, try to eat foods that are rich in Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins and Carbs.

4. High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training is a new type of cardio, where you can burn more fat while retaining muscle mass. It is way better than steady state cardio or sprinting sessions, where you are more bound to lose muscle mass.

5. Watch what you eat!

Yes, that's right. Watch what you eat!! How you look depends upon what you feed your body. Your daily food intake should consist of 60% carbs, 25-30% protein and rest may be fat. While fats are not good for your body, some fats like OMEGA-3 are good. Follow the above split up in your calorific intake and see the changes in your body!

6. Avoid Fasted Cardio

Cardio right in the morning seems like a good way to burn fat, doesn't it? NO. It is one of the myths that you have to ignore. By doing cardio on an empty stomach, you're forcing your body to eat through ur muscle for energy. You will lose more muscle mass than fat by doing fasted cardio. Avoid it all costs!

7. Consistency is the key

Results don't come instantly. All the dream bodies that you see all over the internet are the result of continuous hard work and dedication. The first 1 month will be the hardest. Get over it and you'll start loving the fit lifestyle. The key is to stay motivated! Once you start seeing results, you will get addicted to the iron!

Follow these 7 rules and you will start seeing the changes in your body within weeks!
Hit the gym whenever you can and stick to your schedule.

Cheers
